In your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll ask you questions about your background, the challenges you're facing, and your goals for therapy. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions about the therapy process and how we will work together. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to start your healing journey.


Each therapy session is 50 minutes in length. This time is dedicated to helping you work through your challenges and make progress toward your goals.


Yes! I exclusively offer telehealth sessions, which means you can attend therapy from the comfort of your home or wherever you feel most at ease. This option makes therapy more accessible and flexible, especially for those with busy schedules or who may not be able to attend in person.


I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a session. If you need to cancel an appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may need it.  If you do not provide 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full cost of the session. I understand that emergencies happen, and I will always be understanding of extenuating circumstances, so please reach out if you have any concerns.


If you're planning to seek reimbursement through your insurance, you can contact your insurance provider directly to ask about out-of-network benefits for therapy. They’ll be able to tell you if you have coverage and what the reimbursement process looks like. I can also provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.


Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit/debit cards and HSA accounts. If you're submitting for insurance reimbursement, I will provide a superbill to help facilitate the process.


If you’re running late, I will do my best to accommodate you, but please keep in mind that sessions are 50 minutes in length, and if you're late, the session time may be shortened. I want to make sure we make the most of our time together, so please aim to log in on time for your telehealth session.
