
Hello, I’m Rachel Jones, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified EMDR Therapist. I've been providing therapy since 2009, and I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, process emotional struggles, and create a life built on resilience, growth, and self-compassion. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I bring a specialized, evidence-based approach to healing trauma and addressing emotional challenges. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) has been shown to be particularly effective in helping individuals overcome past experiences and develop healthier ways of thinking and feeling. I’m passionate about using this technique, alongside other therapeutic modalities, to help you achieve meaningful progress.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me out on a walk, spending time with my husband and our two sons, or watching them discover the world around them. We share our home with our rescue dog, Silo, who occasionally likes to make a surprise appearance during virtual sessions. I cherish these simple moments and try to live with intention — a value I also bring into my work with each client.
I believe that healing happens not only in big breakthroughs but also in the small, steady steps we take each day. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged to move toward the life you want to build.
