At Rachel Jones Therapy and Wellness, my mission is simple: to create a safe, supportive space where you can begin to heal from the pain of past experiences. Many of the struggles we face today are connected to beliefs and patterns formed in childhood, and together, we can gently shift those patterns towards growth, resilience, and self-compassion.

My Approach to Therapy

I believe in a warm and collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs. Along with EMDR, I integrate techniques such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, depending on what will best support your healing process. Each of these approaches has its strengths, and I work with you to find the combination that feels most empowering and manageable.

I offer all sessions virtually, so you can connect from wherever feels safe and comfortable for you. With a secure and easy-to-use video platform, therapy becomes more accessible and flexible, without losing the personal connection.
